Cathryn Kemp is an award-winning author and Sunday Times bestselling ghostwriter. Her book about her own struggles with addiction to prescribed opioid painkillers Coming Clean won the Big Red Read Prize for Non Fiction.
Cathryn set up the Painkiller Addiction Information Network (PAIN) charity with Dr Yasir Abbasi, and is a fierce advocate raising awareness of the dangers of dependency on prescription medication.
